Hi, I’m Cat.

I have a Spanish mother, Cuban father, grew up in Australia, and now live in London.

I started my background leading business transformations for government and enterprise organisations, I then began scaling fast-growth companies and leading People and Operations functions.

I now specialise in training and coaching those new to management – the most overlooked but critically important group.

When I’m not helping companies out, I’m writing or cooking (and eating). I’m a Michelin-trained chef and run my own private dining events.
