I’ve been managing teams since I was 22 - when I talked my way into my first leadership role and had to learn fast.
Since then, I’ve helped companies scale by building strong people foundations. I’ve worked with founders, leadership teams, and managers to hire better, lead better, and create environments where people can do great work and perform at their best as the business grows.
I’m not a corporate trainer.
I’m not a “deck-and-run” consultant.
I’m the person you call when you need someone to step in, get stuck in, and make things work - whether that’s supporting a people team, strengthening leadership capability, or helping managers get better at the job they’re being asked to do.
