I have a Spanish mother, Cuban father, grew up in Australia, usually live in London, but can often be found in various parts of the globe, working remotely.

I started my background leading business transformations for government and enterprise organisations, I then moved on to lead talent and operations for various fast-growth startups and scale-ups.

When I’m not helping companies out, I’m writing or cooking (and eating). I’m a Michelin-trained chef and run my own private dining events.
